Ace Frehley - FIRE AND WATER ft. Paul Stanley

This video was kind of a dream come true... I not only met two childhood idols (Ace Frehley and Paul Stanley) but got to light The Roxy in LA. They gave us free run of the light board and the entire venue. This video features the fine direction of Justin Reich and bad ass cinematography by Brett Mullen. We only had a day to shoot this one, but I honestly think we knocked it out of the park. Personal nerd note: Paul Stanley said he liked my lighting.

Fantasma (Official Trailer) - Feature film

Brett Mullen’s Fantasma brings a homage to films like Dario Argento’s “Suspiria” and “Deep Red” while captivating a 70’s style Italian gore as in Lucio Fulci films. I had the pleasure of gaffing about half of this, but ended up working on ToyMakerz for the 2nd half. It's always a good day to be on set when Brett Mullen is directing... and shooting.

So It Begins - Retaliation

Making music videos is a blast. Retaliation by SO IT BEGINS is a bit violent, but it features a lot of really cool lighting and rigging by KCPL and bad ass pyro by SPOTLIGHT EXPRESS, LLC. It's always a pleasure working with Jeremy Hyler and Justin Beasley from Yippie Ki Yay productions. Alex Zedra brought her weapons expertise to the show and gave us all hardcore lessons on gun safety.
